Job summary

Easterseals is seeking a Community Living Manager to supervise staff and oversee program services for individuals with disabilities living independently. You will ensure program implementation and quality standards, staff performance, and stakeholder satisfaction while maintaining fiscal responsibility.

The role requires MS Office proficiency and a passion for empowering individuals with disabilities, with full-time employment and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field; 1 year experience with individuals with disabilities and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Or, without degree, 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
