Job summary

Playtime is seeking a dynamic Head of Community Operations for Him Magazine Philippines to grow the male lifestyle platform. You will lead daily operations, content planning, and partnerships to boost engagement and retention, while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in community/digital roles, English fluency, and a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Mandarin is a plus; location is Taguig, Philippines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in community operations, social media management, or digital media.
• Proven experience managing online communities or social platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the Him Magazine Philippines community platform.
• Develop strategies to drive community growth, engagement, and retention.
• Plan and manage online/offline events, campaigns, and brand collaborations.
• Oversee content planning, creation, and distribution across social media.
• Build relationships with community members, KOLs, brands, and partners.
• Monitor community metrics and user behavior to optimize strategies.
• Manage community budgets, vendors, and resource allocation.
• Stay updated on male lifestyle, entertainment, fashion, and pop culture trends in the Philippines.
