  • Lead the Charge: You are more than a manager, you are a coach and a mentor. You\'ll lead, inspire, and develop the Affiliate Commercial Execution (ACE) team, transforming them into a force of beauty experts and sales champions.
  • Forge Powerful Alliances: Build and deepen relationships with key retail partners. You\'ll be the face of the brand at the highest levels, negotiating for prime positioning and orchestrating win-win omnichannel initiatives.
  • Master the Business: With a data-driven lens, youll dive deep into sales analytics, consumer trends, and competitor moves to uncover new opportunities and fuel strategic decisions for the brands.
