Winsolutions Corp. is seeking a Commercial & AI Analyst to support growth through data-driven decisions across Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, Digital, and Pricing teams.

You will build reports, dashboards, and predictive models, using AI techniques to uncover insights and automate decisions. The role requires hands‑on work with large datasets, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and experience in SQL and Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of analytical experience.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Experience with SQL and data structures.
• Knowledge of predictive analytics or statistical modeling.
• Experience with Python or similar tools.
• Experience with large and complex datasets.
• Understanding of AI/ML lifecycle.
• Awareness of data governance and explainability principles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.

• Carry out in-depth analyses of business activities to identify learnings and recommendations
• Develop and maintain reports to help stakeholders manage and grow the business
• Work on ad hoc data and analysis requests from business teams
• Act as lead analyst across various project teams
• Monitor business performance against targets and report to leadership
• Develop and contribute to business reviews and leadership presentations
• Develop and apply predictive and prescriptive analytics models
• Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to uncover insights from complex datasets

About the role

The Commercial & AI Analyst will play a significant role in supporting the delivery of our growth strategy by supporting the Sales, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, Digital, and Pricing teams with insight & data to help drive business decisions. This role will involve hands‑on engagement with business data and the commercial agenda. The role will have responsibility for creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, providing analysis and making recommendations to leadership, and providing ad‑hoc data support across departments globally. This role will also leverage advanced analytics and AI techniques to identify patterns, generate predictive insights, and support data‑driven automation and decision‑making across the business.
