Job summary

GCash in the Philippines is seeking a data analytics professional focused on collections to automate reports, build MIS, and improve performance using SQL and data modeling. You will monitor external agencies, develop segmentation strategies, and champion data-driven decisions to optimize collections outcomes.

Fintech experience is a plus, and you’ll join a dynamic, growth-oriented team committed to innovation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in SQL, Data Management, Data Analytics/Visualization, Data Modeling
• Experience in Collections. Fintech experience is a plus.

• Develop Collections MIS to track collections performance, collections actions impact, and AB test results
• Monitor Performance of external agencies and recommend actions to address any potential issues
• Develop Strategies or champion-challenger programs
• Develop Segmentation models
• Knowledge of data analytics to influence data driven decisions in managing and improving collections performance
• Knowledge of SQL and data management skills will be helpful in ensuring efficiency in tasks and in assisting other teams
