Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of collections experience across any sector.
• 2 years of contact center experience preferred.
• Education: College graduates or High School graduates encouraged to apply.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with active listening.

• Strong attention to detail for accurate data management and reporting.
