Emerson Japan, Ltd. in the Philippines is seeking a Collections professional to join a dynamic finance team. You will handle first-line credit and collection services via phone and email to support Emerson's financial goals.

This role emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and timely cash collection. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in Accounts Receivable or Collections and a degree in finance, business, or equivalent.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Customer Service, Finance Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned portfolio which includes varying account types such as strategic accounts, trading partners, intercompany and end customers.
• Review open/active accounts for collection efforts.
• Prepare and communicate monthly Statement of Accounts to all assigned customers.
• Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates which would include pre-due date reminder calls/emails and follow-up on aging balances.
• Identify, validate and log customer disputes to initiate resolution and escalation.
• Perform initial investigation and communicate findings with the proper owners/resolvers
