Job summary

RSD Human Resource Management Consultancy is seeking an HR Officer to manage the collections process and liaise with clients on outstanding invoices. This on-site role is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines, with a 1-3 year track record in collections or accounts receivable.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with CRM systems (NetSuite preferred).

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.
• Proficiency in CRM software (NetSuite experience preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the collections process to ensure timely payment from clients.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment terms.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment histories using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and send out collection letters as necessary.
