Job summary

Kredivo Group in the Philippines seeks a Collections Quality Control Manager to oversee training, quality assurance, performance monitoring, and compliance for desk and field collections. You will design programs, perform audits, coach staff, and ensure policy and regulatory adherence.

The role partners with Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and HR to maintain ethical collection practices and accurate reporting. Strong English, analytical thinking, and fintech experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification (Diploma acceptable with strong QC background).
• At least 5 years of experience in collections training, quality assurance, or supervisory roles.
• Experience in both Desk and Field Collections is strongly preferred.
• Strong background in training needs analysis, quality audits, and performance evaluations.
• Knowledge of collection ethics, data privacy regulations, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead training development for Desk and Field Collections.
• Conduct quality audits and case reviews; monitor performance against standards.
• Provide coaching and development plans for agents and supervisors; support PIPs.
• Ensure documentation of findings, coaching, and training in company systems.
• Partner with Risk, Legal, and Compliance to identify trends and preventive controls.
