Job summary

A leading bank is seeking a qualified individual for a role responsible for the identification and processing of consumer banking home loans. The successful candidate will conduct outreach to clients regarding home loan availment, notify them of transfer payments, and handle collateral release processes. A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years experience in collections are required. This position is onsite in Ortigas.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in collections.
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.

• Conduct initial call out on qualified SCR clients for home loan availment.
• Notify clients about payment of transfer expenses for title transfer.
• Process collateral release advice submission for transferred title.

Job description

He/She/They will be responsible for the identification of qualified existing Sales Contract Receivables (SCR) accounts for booking to Consumer Banking Group or other Financing Home Loans, including full endorsement of accounts after acceptance of CBG.

Responsibilities

• Conducts initial call out on qualified SCR clients for availment of home loan.
• Notifies client on payment of transfer expenses for the transfer of Title and Tax declaration to buyer's name.
• Secures clearance from booking units and processes collateral release advice for submission to Securities Custodian Team for accounts with transferred Title and Tax Declaration under Buyer’s Name

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder
