Our Consumer Lending Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in our Ortigas site as Collections Associate.

As a Collections Associate, your main role is to meet collection goals while following BSP and other regulations. Your responsibilities include collecting overdue payments via calls, letters, and SMS, handling client requests such as reversals and updating information, and negotiating payment arrangements. You will also monitor your productivity and follow team strategies for improved performance.

What The Role Will Entail

• Perform collection efforts on delinquent accounts through callouts, collection letters, and SMS.
• Assess and initiate client requests such as reversals, payment transfers, and updating cardholder information with a focus on customer turnaround time.
• Negotiate for special customer payment arrangements.
• Monitor your productivity and implement action plans discussed with the team head.
• Perform other tasks as needed in relation to the responsibilities above.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's/College Degree holder.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
• Good analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Collections-related work experience is an advantage.
