JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow up to customer for payment process, meeting or visit with customer as needed.
• Responsible for managing accounts receivable.
• Ensuring timely payments, and reducing delinquency by contacting customers via phone, email, or letter.
• Reconcile accounts, process payments, and resolve billing discrepancies while maintaining accurate records.
