Job Title: Cold Caller – Merchant Services

Permanent Remote

Work Schedule: M-F 9 AM- % PM EST ( US time)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and professional Cold Caller to join our team in the merchant services industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a confident speaking voice, and prior experience in cold calling. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, introducing our services, overcoming objections, and scheduling qualified appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce merchant services and payment solutions.
  • Engage prospects in professional conversations to understand their business needs.
  • Effectively handle objections and provide clear, persuasive responses.
  • Set appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed daily/weekly calling and appointment-setting targets.
  • Work independently while contributing to the overall team’s success.

Preferred Skills (a plus):

  • Knowledge of merchant services or payment processing solutions.
  • Experience working with CRM tools for tracking leads and performance.
