Job summary

The role requires knowledge of FANUC, TSUGAMI, and HAAS controls, with 3+ years in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. The ideal candidate will handle troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and adherence to quality standards while traveling abroad for trainings when required.

Job description

Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledgeable in CNC Machines.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Experience in semi-conductor mold tooling fabrication.
10 Full-Time position(s) available.
Willing to travel abroad for Trainings
Should be mature and capable of working Independently. Candidate will be responsible for setting and operating both FANUC, TSUGAMI, HAAS Machines.

• Programming CNC machines must thoroughly understand the programming languages used to control the machines, knowledge to create and edit programs that control the machines’ cutting and shaping tools.

• Setting up machines must be able to set up and adjust the machines to ensure they are running correctly and producing the desired parts. include installing and aligning cutting tools, adjusting machine parameters, and ensuring the machine is properly lubricated and cooled.

• Running machines once the machine is set up, CNC technicians are responsible for running it and monitoring its performance to ensure it produces high-quality parts.

• Troubleshooting must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose problems that may arise with the machines. They must have a good understanding of the machines’ mechanical and electrical systems to make repairs and adjustments as necessary.

• Responsible for performing quality control checks on the parts produced by the machines. They must be able to identify and correct any defects in the parts.

• Responsible for performing regular maintenance on the machines, such as cleaning and lubricating their machines, for ensuring that they run efficiently and have a long lifespan.

Support the implementation of Quality system and Environmental system as well as any regulatory policies.
