Job summary

VENTURE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS INT’L CORP in the Philippines is seeking a production operator to set up, adjust, operate and monitor the aluminium extrusion press (TEYUN 750) throughout the production cycle, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Duties include heating billets and die, extrusion, pulling, cooling and cutting to length; inspecting dimensions with gauges, identifying defects, recording production data, and performing basic machine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience operating aluminium extrusion (Teyun 750).
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Able to read technical drawings and blueprints; monitor machine function during shift.
• Experience in visual inspection and dimensional checks with gauges.
• Able to identify surface defects of aluminium and sort non-conforming products.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, operate and monitor the aluminium extrusion press (machine TEYUN 750) during production to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Heat billets and die, load into container, extrusion, pull, cooling and cutting to length; inspect and measure as required.
• Monitor machine function during the shift and follow prescribed working procedures.
• Read technical drawings/blueprints and ensure accurate operation and quality checks.
• Keep production records and assist with basic machine maintenance.

Job Description

• Setting up, adjust, operating and monitoring the aluminium extrusion press (machine type Teyun 750) throughout the whole production process to ensure smooth and efficient production
• Heating the billets in the furnace, heating the die, loading into the container, extrusion, pulling with the puller, cooling, straightening-stretching, cutting to length
• Monitors the correct functioning of the machine during the shift; Follows the prescribed working and technological procedures
• Performs visual inspection of the products and checks dimensions using measuring gauges; Recognises surface defects of aluminium and sorts out non-conforming products
• Keeps records of production; Carries out basic maintenance of the machine

Qualification

• A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Minimum of 2 year of proven experience operating Aluminium extrusion – operation of the Teyun 750 extrusion press
• Able to read technical drawings and blueprints and monitors the correct functioning of the machine during the shift
• Experience in visual inspection of the products and checks dimensions using measuring gauges and recognises surface defects of aluminium and sorts out non-conforming products
