Job Description

Ensures the achievement of daily production plans for the bending section; abides by the code of discipline and standard operating procedures; follows work instructions and collaborates with other operators to improve productivity and product quality.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures that the daily production plan is met and properly documented.
• Ensures the quality of products being worked on.
• Learns skills that improve productivity.
• Ensures that proper tools and equipment are used when performing work-related tasks.
• Immediately reports any abnormality or irregularity regarding produced items, tools, equipment, and processes to the leadman.
• Observes production procedures related to safety and health at work.
• Suggests improvements in work productivity and product quality.
• Performs basic preventive maintenance on equipment and tools.
• Ensures 7S is maintained.
• Performs other related tasks as needed.

Qualification/Skills Requirements

• At least high school graduate or relevant vocational course
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field
• Preferably 1–4 years of experience in manufacturing/production operations or equivalent
• Must possess reasonable analytical skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision

Work Schedule
