Job summary

Compomax Tecgnology Philis is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our shop floor team in the Philippines. You will perform machine setups quickly and accurately, and work with engineering and CAM to develop CNC programs and fixtures for parts of varying complexity.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of hands-on CNC mill experience, familiarity with G-code, blueprints, and Mastercam, and a proactive attitude toward continuous process improvement. Safety and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or CNC certification required.
• 3–5 years of CNC mill setup/operation experience with fixture design.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Proficient with G-code editing.
• Familiar with Mastercam for collaboration with programming teams.
• Strong communication and proactive in process improvement.
• Shop environment safety mindset.
