Formación

• 5+ years of accounting experience with US GAAP.
• Experience leading accounting close processes and teams.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.
• Knowledge of internal controls and financial process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee US GAAP close processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.
• Lead and develop the accounting team; drive staff performance.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure SOX-like controls where applicable.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
