The ideal candidate has CPA/CMA licensure and 3–5 years of accounting experience, with demonstrated Excel and Dynamics GP proficiency. This role requires ownership, speed, and the ability to work nights in Pacific Standard Time.

Qualifications

• CPA/CMA license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience in a transactional or general accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling); dashboards a plus.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in a high-volume environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to ask why and dig deeper.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable & Vendor Management: Process vendor invoices, ensure accurate GL coding, and manage timely payments.
• Accounts Receivable & Billing: Prepare and issue billings to franchisees and tenants; monitor and manage collections.
• Treasury & Intercompany: Assist with daily cash management and positioning; support payment processing and approvals.
• Reporting & General Ledger: Perform accurate GL coding and journal entries; assist in month-end/year-end reporting.
• Continuous Improvement & Support: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation; collaborate with finance and operations.
