Job Description

• Provides technical services in form of repair, troubleshooting, and similar services to all motorcycle unit customers.
• Ensures proper use of service tools and materials in accordance with company policy.
• Ensures branch customers acquire motorcycle service to branch service hubs.
• Provides recommendations and advice to motorcycle unit users on proper use and troubleshooting of motorcycles.
• Coordinates with branch head for all marketing initiatives for service including administration of promos and marketing strategies.
• Makes sure all service tools are properly arranged and safeguarded.
• Maintains cleanliness in service hub and properly disposes waste after conducting unit service.

Job Qualification

• Motorcycle mechanics with NC II Small Engine/Motorcycle Servicing Certificate holder.
