- Serve as CRM Super User, ensuring accurate data integrity and system updates.
- Train users, manage account-linked access, and provide regular CRM reporting.
- Monitor sales activities and KPIs, ensuring all leads, opportunities, and meetings are properly recorded.
Sales Controlling
- Lead the Sales Support team in monitoring quotations and identifying opportunities.
- Track pipeline performance, campaign effectiveness, and KPI compliance.
- Analyze lost accounts to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Manage charge code reporting for accurate sales and cost tracking.
Lead Generation
- Research potential customers and market opportunities across media and industry sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the Rhenus network to support long-term partnerships.
Marketing
- Develop and manage sales tools, including presentations, flyers, and case studies.
- Maintain and update commercial marketing materials.
- Coordinate with regional marketing for market intelligence and social media initiatives.
- Support the annual customer survey process.
Trade Lane Development Support
- Assist with trade lane development projects, including market research, lead generation, and performance monitoring.
- Support other tasks as assigned by commercial leaders.
