Job summary

Experis España is seeking a Technical Lead for our Cloud Services to guide the technical design and delivery of high-quality software. You will lead API and front-end development, mentor engineers, and collaborate with architects to shape scalable systems.

The role requires 7+ years in web development, leadership experience, strong NodeJS/React/NestJS/TS skills, AWS knowledge, and a proven ability to drive best practices, CI/CD, and secure code.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on web development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Strong proficiency in NodeJS, React, NestJS, TS/Javascript, Amplify, GraphQL, and RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of APIs and Front-End applications.
• Mentor and guide a team of software developers, providing technical feedback and support.
• Collaborate with Solution Architect to design scalable, maintainable software systems.
• Work with Development Manager to enforce best practices, CI/CD, security and QA processes.
• Identify technical debt and drive improvements for code quality and maintainability.
