Job summary

Real Hires LLC is seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to own end-to-end features across the stack—from frontend to backend and cloud infrastructure on AWS.

You’ll work with Node.js, NestJS, React, and Next.js to build scalable cloud applications, deploy on AWS, and ensure reliable operations with modern CI/CD practices. Strong ownership mindset and strong collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with cloud-based applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and NestJS.
• Practical experience with React and Next.js.
• Production experience with AWS including deployment, troubleshooting, and cloud maintenance.
• Experience with Docker, Linux, and Git.
• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases; design of REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Understanding of CI/CD and automated deployment practices.
• Experience with observability, logging, metrics, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of service-oriented and event-driven architectures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; clear communication and ownership mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end features across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Work with Node.js, NestJS, React, and Next.js to deliver scalable applications.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS.
• Design and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, databases, and event-driven services.
• Write clean, well-tested code with focus on reliability at scale.
• Own features from requirements and design through production deployment and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability and observability.
• Collaborate with engineers and document solutions; share knowledge.
