Job summary

Höegh Autoliners is seeking a Server and Cloud Operations Analyst to join our IT team. You will support day-to-day server and cloud operations across on-premises and cloud environments, focusing on stability, security, and performance.

The role covers Windows and Linux server administration, virtualization, Microsoft 365 services, AD/Entra ID, backups, and documentation. You will work with incident response, patching, and runbooks, with opportunities to grow cloud skills in Azure and OCI.

Qualifications

1–3 years in IT infrastructure, server administration, or cloud ops.

Responsibilities

Perform daily server health checks and routine maintenance.
Assist in administering Windows and Linux servers.
Support virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V).
Assist with Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Support Active Directory/Entra ID administration.
Assist with patching and documentation of configurations.
Provide Level 1–2 incident support.
Help with backup, DR and recovery tasks.
Assist in cloud operations in Azure and OCI; maintain runbooks and inventory.
