Job summary

FIS is seeking a Cloud Engineer Lead to design, deliver, and support secure, scalable cloud networking across Azure and AWS. You will collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and operations teams to solve complex networking challenges and improve platform reliability.

In this hybrid role, you will mentor engineers, develop infrastructure as code with Terraform, and lead governance and architecture decisions to enable secure cloud adoption and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience designing and supporting cloud networking in Azure & AWS.
• Proficient with Terraform and infrastructure as code.
• Strong troubleshooting across distributed cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of cloud network architectures on Azure and AWS.
• Build secure cloud connectivity with routing, segmentation, and firewall integrations.
• Manage network security controls using Palo Alto platforms.
• Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Create scalable networking templates and deployment patterns.
• Mentor engineers and drive cloud networking governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable cloud services.
• Automate and monitor for operational efficiency.
