Qualifications

C2 level English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Engagement with Microsoft Stakeholders and Field Sellers.
Requirements Communication and Kickoff: understanding and communicating technical requirements of the Scale Assessment process.
Discovery: determine the optimal discovery platform and support deployment.
Analysis: review and finalize Assessment Report with key insights.
Presentation: present insights and recommendations to customers, partners, and Microsoft contacts.
Cross-team Coordination: support seamless customer transition to post-Assessment actions.
Tracking: log activities in CRM and internal systems.
Workshops: conduct workshops with customers for AI Adoption.
