Job summary

Inviso is seeking a Technical Consultant in the Philippines to support Microsoft Assessments, guide cloud adoption, and deliver data-driven insights. You will work with tools like Dr.Migrate, Unifycloud, and CSAT, communicating complex requirements clearly to IT staff and business stakeholders.

The role demands strong English at C2, hands-on cloud experience (M365/Azure), and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must have native or professional English fluency (C2 level).
• Experience with cloud services or SaaS products (M365, O365, Azure, Copilot) or similar platforms.
• Prior customer-facing experience with demonstrated presentation skills.
• Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem or partner environment.
• 1–2 years in IT service/support, aiming for analytic roles.
• Strong ability to analyze data and manage multiple projects with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and communicate benefits.
• Lead discovery and assessment activities using Dr.Migrate/CSAT tools.
• Analyze findings and deliver an assessment report with actionable insights.
• Present key insights and recommendations to customers, partners, and Microsoft contacts.
• Coordinate cross-team handoffs for post-assessment actions.
• Log activities in CRM and track progress, maintaining clear status updates.
• Conduct workshops with customers on AI adoption.
