Job summary

DatologyAI is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure powering our ML training, inference, and data curation pipelines. You’ll work across AWS and other clouds, collaborating with research and product teams to manage compute resources and ensure reliability, security, and cost efficiency.

This is a hands-on, early-hire role with multi-cloud or hybrid workloads, Kubernetes-based systems, and IaC using Terraform/CloudFormation/Pulumi.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of infrastructure experience at startups or fast-moving teams.
• Deep AWS experience; multi-cloud or hybrid setups advantageous.
• Proficient in Kubernetes, Terraform, and containerized architectures.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain multi-cloud infra (AWS, Azure/GCP) for reliability and scalability.
• Define infrastructure-as-code practices with Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi.
• Design and manage Kubernetes-based systems for model training and data processing.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment across environments.
• Build monitoring and logging for high availability.
• Collaborate with research/engineering to support training of large ML models.
• Support various deployment models (cloud, on-prem, hybrid) for enterprise use.
• Drive cost-efficiency across compute and storage.
• Respond to incidents with ownership.
