Accenture is seeking a Cloud FinOps leader to optimize cloud spend across major providers. You will build forecasting models, collaborate with finance, and drive cost allocation strategies that align with business goals.

The role requires hands-on experience with FinOps tools and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced environment. You will work with engineering and finance teams to ensure cost visibility, drive continuous improvement, and mentor colleagues on best practices in cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, CS, or related field.
• FinOps certifications are a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience in FinOps or cloud financial management.
• Proven track record in cloud cost optimization, forecasting, and allocation.
• Hands-on experience with major FinOps tools such as CloudHealth, Cloudability, Apptio.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to optimize cloud spend across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies including rightsizing and reserved instances.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to find opportunities without impacting performance.
• Build and maintain cloud cost forecasting models for financial planning.
• Integrate cloud costs into business forecasting with finance teams.
• Monitor spend versus forecasts and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Design advanced cost allocation models for product and service groups.
• Utilize FinOps tools to monitor, analyze, and report financials.
• Mentor team members and share best practices.
