EPAM NEORIS is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to support cloud infrastructure, automation, and reliability for enterprise-scale platforms. You will work with cross-functional teams to streamline deployments, improve stability, and drive modernization initiatives.

The role emphasizes IaC (Terraform), CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/CD), container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), and observability (Grafana/Prometheus/Datadog).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Expertise in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD).
• IaC experience with Terraform or equivalent technologies.
• Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with monitoring/observability platforms (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk/ELK).
• Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
• Knowledge of IAM concepts and cloud security principles.
• Strong Git/version control workflow skills.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure on GCP.
• Assist in cloud migration, modernization and platform optimization.
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability and stability across environments.
• Develop and maintain IaC solutions using Terraform or similar tools.
• Automate operational processes and provisioning tasks.
• Drive continuous improvement by reducing manual interventions through automation.
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
• Collaborate with development teams to improve release processes and deployment consistency.
• Manage and support containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system health with Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog; participate in incident response and RCA.
• Maintain deployment procedures and technical standards.
