Job summary

Scrubbed is seeking an Accounting Staff to handle end-to-end accounting tasks from transactional entries to financial statements using cloud technology. Responsibilities include AP/AR processing, inventory analysis, payroll runs, and monthly closing activities, along with preparing financial reports and bank reconciliations.

The role also involves active client calls, risk analysis, mentoring junior staff, and drafting process documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in the same field, preferably with BPO companies.
• Bachelor's/College degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• CPA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable processing.
• Accounts Receivable processing.
• Inventory analysis.
• Monthly payroll run and accounting.
• Month-end journals and closing adjustments.
• Preparation and completion of monthly financial reports.
• Bank and GL reconciliations.
• Active participation during client calls.
• Identify risks and document in a technical memo.
• Guide and review entry-level staff work.
• Drafts process documentation.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
