Job summary

Angel City VA Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive end-to-end pipeline development for clinical trials and identify opportunities through ClinicalTrials.gov, GlobalData, and sponsor/CRO sites.

You will maintain an Excel/SharePoint tracker with real-time updates on study status, sponsor, therapeutic area, and timelines, and perform structured due diligence to guide prioritization and outreach strategies.

Qualifications

• Identify and evaluate clinical trial opportunities end-to-end.
• Maintain a centralized opportunity tracker with real-time updates.
• Ensure SOP adherence and audit-ready documentation.
• Translate findings into go/no-go recommendations for stakeholders.
• Develop tailored outreach strategies for Sponsors and CROs.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities via ClinicalTrials.gov, GlobalData, sponsor/CRO sites.
• Maintain tracker with study status, sponsor, therapeutic area, and timelines.
• Conduct structured due diligence on Sponsors/CROs (financials, strategy, site patterns).
• Generate sponsor profiles to guide prioritization and outreach.
• Perform feasibility pre-assessments for therapeutic alignment and product type.
• Outline responses and recommendations for leadership review.
