Job summary

My Hub Cares Inc. in Pasay, Philippines, is seeking a Full-time Clinical Medical Technologist (RMT) to perform laboratory testing and specimen processing in line with laboratory standards.

You will ensure accurate documentation and timely release of results, comply with quality assurance, safety, and infection control protocols, operate and maintain equipment, and coordinate with partner laboratories for outsourced testing when needed. Newly licensed RMTs are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or Medical Laboratory Science.
• Registered Medical Technologist (RMT) with a valid PRC License.
• Newly licensed RMTs are welcome to apply.
• Detail-oriented, reliable and able to work independently.
• Maintains strict confidentiality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing and specimen processing in accordance with laboratory standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely release of laboratory test results.
• Comply with laboratory quality assurance, safety, and infection control protocols.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and assist in monitoring laboratory supplies.
• Coordinate with partner laboratories for outsourced testing, when necessary.
