Job summary

Offshore Po is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Documentation Reviewer to review ABA session notes for errors, inconsistencies and missing information. This role requires preparing clear summaries of needed corrections and assisting with drafting amendment notes for review, following internal guidelines.

The ideal candidate has excellent written English and reading comprehension, can follow detailed review standards, and stays accurate when reviewing a high volume of notes in a remote,

Qualifications

• Excellent written English and reading comprehension.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable with repetitive, detail-focused work.
• Healthcare documentation or quality assurance experience preferred; ABA experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information carefully and follow established processes.
