    • Classification - AHP3 - Allied Health Professional L3 - $104,180 to $111,746
    • Second Classification - RN/M3 - Registered Nurse/Midwife LV 3 - $125,183 to $130,779
  • Employment Full time - Term Contract (temporary up to 31 Oct 2025)
About The Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Northern Metropolitan Community team as a Clinical Coordinator, where you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and leading the multidisciplinary team
  • Ensuring best practice standards are achieved and providing consultation to team members on complex clinical cases.
  • Collaborating with government, non-government, and private service providers, as well as consumers and carers.
  • Overseeing the delivery of high-quality care aligned with the Department of Health & WCHN quality framework.
  • Accepting accountability for team practices, addressing inconsistencies between practice and policy, and fostering team performance and a positive work culture to enhance patient/client outcomes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Relevant Degree and/or Educational/Vocational qualifications respective to your relevant discipline (please see role descriptions in Useful Links section for more details)
  • Demonstrated highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply specialist skills in resolving complex clinical problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and across teams with a range of agencies.
  • Demonstrated experience in an area of child and adolescent mental health and working with children, adolescents and their families, having a wide range of emotional, social and behavioural issues.
  • Proven leadership experience, including the ability to coordinate workflow and the work of others, ensure that work meets required standards, motivate other professional staff and foster team member participation in decision making.
  • Experience in staff development and training.
