Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a qualified BSN‑level nurse for a clinical data integrity role in Cebu City. You will contact physicians to resolve missing or unclear information and perform concurrent and retrospective chart reviews to identify documentation gaps.

You will collaborate with coders, auditors, and quality teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate medical records while upholding patient confidentiality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• 3–5 years of recent clinical hospital experience.
• Active Philippine Nursing license and US RN license.
• Strong knowledge of disease processes, medical terminology, and EMR systems.
