• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum 2 years of post-education clinical experience in specified programs.
• Strong knowledge of US and Philippine healthcare delivery systems.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; customer service oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert clinical knowledge and support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Guide internal teams on products, procedures and clinical guidelines.
• Create and deliver educational materials and trainings to improve clinical knowledge.
• Support clinical activities including data collection, analysis, and training facilitation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of clinical information.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare partners to meet needs.
• Address clinical issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Stay updated on latest clinical practices and healthcare technology.
• Assist with refresher sessions to align on process updates.
• Adapt to work setup changes based on business needs.
