Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service Excellence:
    • Be the friendly face and voice of our healthcare facility, ensuring each patient feels welcome and valued.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with empathy and professionalism.
    • Provide clear and concise information to patients about our services, procedures, and any necessary preparations.
  2. Patient Scheduling:
    • Efficiently manage patient appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling and coordination.
    • Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to optimize appointment availability.
  3. Maintaining Patient Records:
    • Accurately update and maintain patient information in the electronic health records system.
    • Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of any 4-year medical allied course
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Familiar with patient scheduling systems and electronic health records
  • Able to perform basic nursing procedures – vital signs, patient assessment, etc.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism
  • Proficient in using scheduling software, electronic health records, and basic office applications
  • Amenable to work in a rotational shifting schedule
