We are looking to hire a Clinic Officer who excels in patient interaction and clinic management. This opening is for our Cubao branch.

The Clinic Officer will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our clinic by combining the responsibilities of a receptionist, cashier and doctor’s assistant. This position requires a professional who is not only knowledgeable in dermatologic procedures but also possesses strong interpersonal skills to enhance patient satisfaction and clinic functionality.

Responsibilities:

  • Receptionist Duties:

  • Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar.

  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services and procedures.

  • Maintain patient records with confidentiality and attention to detail.

  • Provide medication counseling to patients regarding proper usage and side effects.

  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.

  • Clinic Management:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure efficient workflow.

  • Assist in managing clinic inventory, including medical supplies and medications.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Provide administrative support to dermatologists and other healthcare professionals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
