Job summary

Bioessence Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking a licensed pharmacist to ensure proper dispensing and quality management of Bioessence products at the branch.

You will maintain FDA-compliant records, oversee storage, guide the team on patient care and safety, and monitor inventory to ensure adequate stock. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
• Licensed pharmacist; fresh graduates welcome

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to FDA regulations and guidelines, and handle FDA inspections and compliance findings
• Proper dispensing and management of Bioessence products
• Oversee storage and handling to maintain highest quality
• Maintain accurate records compliant with FDA requirements
• Provide guidance on patient care and safety within the branch
• Monitor inventory and order products to ensure adequate stock
• Ensure SOPs for product storage and handling are followed
• Coordinate with Head Office Regulatory Pharmacist on related tasks

Responsibilities

• Ensuring adherence with FDA regulations and guidelines as well as handling FDA Inspection and compliance with the findings and requirements.

• Overseeing the proper storage and proper handling of all the products ensuring the highest quality at all times.

• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records in compliance with FDA requirements.

• Providing guidance to our team on practices in patient care and safety within the branch.

• Monitoring inventory and ordering of products as needed to ensure adequate stock.

• Ensuring the standard Operating Procedures in product storage and handling are strictly implemented.

• Coordinate with the Head Office Regulatory Pharmacist on matters related to stipulated tasks.
