Job summary

Healthway (HMC, INC.) is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to oversee facilities, inventory, and safety across multiple departments. The role emphasizes ethical patient care, compliance, and performance improvement through effective meeting participation and reporting.

The successful candidate will coordinate with facilities and biomedical teams, drive service standards, and ensure accurate documentation and regulatory adherence in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Key delivery areas: Customer Service and Brand Loyalty; Revenue and Profitability; Operational Efficiency; Quality Regulatory Compliance; People and Culture Excellence.
• Strictly implement and comply with the Practice Guidelines of your profession.
• Provide ethical and safe patient care and exceptional customer service.
• Ensure compliance to all government regulatory requirements.
• Attend meetings such as Clinic Management staff meeting and QA meetings; actively participate to contribute to system improvement.
• Disseminate information discussed through meetings; monitor implementation and evaluate results.
• Assure effective communication between department members; coordinate information with other departments.
• Submit all reports required by Head Office completely, accurately and on time.
• Ensure clinic security and patient/staff safety.
• Compile and maintain records, reports and statistics for management evaluation and planning.
• Report to facilities manager on Facilities concerns; report to biomed on medical equipment concerns.
• Ensure machines within department are well maintained and in working condition; monitor facility maintenance.
• Accountable for inventory management and real-time stock oversight across departments.
• Prepare, collate and submit all documentation as needed.
• Oversee stock availability and expiration; manage supplies and drugs.
• Ensure information security by changing department email passwords when staff resigns.
• Observe confidentiality at all times.
• As a trusted Healthway leader, practice integrity and honesty and model the way for the team.
