Job summary

Kindred is seeking a Clinic Nurse to support daily operations, ensure clinics are prepared for consultations and procedures, and assist healthcare providers during visits.

The role requires RN licensure in the Philippines, a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and attention to patient records, vaccines, and clinical coordination. On-site work at Kindred BGC Clinic on a rotating schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license in the Philippines.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• 1 year of experience in clinic/hospital/outpatient settings preferred; fresh grads considered with clinical exposure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare clinic for daily consultations, procedures, and appointments.
• Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and treatments within nursing scope.
• Conduct pre-consultation assessments including vital signs monitoring.
• Handle vaccines, medications, and treatments per clinic protocols and regulations.

Job description

As a Clinic Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care at Kindred. You will support the day-to-day clinical operations of the clinic, from ensuring that the clinic is prepared for consultations and procedures to assisting healthcare providers, managing patient records, and coordinating follow-ups and referrals.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the clinic is prepared and ready for daily consultations, procedures, and patient appointments.
• Assist doctors during consultations, examinations and treatments, as needed and within the scope of nursing practice.
• Conduct appropriate pre-consultation assessments and clinical preparations, including vital signs monitoring and other requirements as needed
• Support the safe handling, preparation, administration, and documentation of vaccines, medications, and other treatments in accordance with clinic protocols and applicable regulations.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete patient records using Kindred's internal back-office systems (EMR/OMS).
• Support appointment preparation and patient decking, ensuring doctors have the necessary information ahead of consultations and that appropriate follow-up appointments, next steps, instructions, and care endorsements are properly coordinated and communicated.
• Help create a warm, welcoming, and comfortable clinic environment by attending to patients' needs and supporting their overall well-being throughout their visit.
• Identify and elevate clinical, patient experience, or operational concerns to the appropriate team members when needed.
• Support initiatives that improve clinic efficiency, patient experience, and the overall quality of care at Kindred.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid and active PRC license in the Philippines.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in a clinic, hospital, outpatient, or similar healthcare setting; fresh graduates with relevant clinical exposure may also be considered.
• Knowledgeable in patient care, vital signs monitoring, medication and vaccine handling, and basic clinical procedures.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), patient documentation, appointment management, or similar healthcare systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in maintaining accurate patient records, prescriptions, laboratory referrals, vaccine trackers, and endorsements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with doctors, healthcare professionals, patients, and clinic staff.
• Patient-focused, organized, and able to manage multiple clinic-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work on-site at the Kindred BGC Clinic on a shifting schedule, five days per week.
