Job summary

OMNIS PROSPERITY GROUP is seeking a clinic-based nurse to assess patients, obtain vital signs, and document medical histories. The role involves assisting physicians, administering prescribed treatments, and performing basic nursing procedures in a supportive clinical environment.

The ideal candidate will provide patient education, monitor conditions, support emergency responses, and maintain accurate records while ensuring infection-control standards are upheld.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and obtain vital signs, medical history, and other relevant information.
• Provide basic nursing care and assistance to patients.
• Assist physicians during consultations, examinations, and minor procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Perform basic nursing procedures such as wound care, injections, and specimen collection as applicable.
• Monitor patients and promptly report changes in condition to the attending physician.
• Provide health education and basic guidance to patients regarding medications, treatment, and preventive care.
• Assist in emergency response and provide appropriate first aid when necessary.
• Prepare patients for laboratory tests, diagnostic procedures, and medical examinations.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records and nursing documentation.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and monitoring of medicines, medical supplies, and equipment.
• Monitor clinic supplies and coordinate requests for replenishment when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and infection-control standards within the clinic.
• Assist in coordinating patient referrals, follow-ups, and other healthcare services.
• Ensure patient information and medical records are kept confidential.
• Coordinate with physicians, medical technologists, radiologic technologists, clinic staff, and other healthcare personnel.
• Assist with clinic administrative and operational requirements when needed.
• Comply with company policies, nursing standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.
• Perform other nursing and clinic-related duties assigned by management.
