Position Title: Clinic Assistant

Job Description: The Clinic Assistant supports medical professionals by ensuring the clinic runs efficiently through assistance in patient care, preparation of treatment areas, and basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare examination rooms and assist in basic procedures
• Coordinate patient flow and support front-desk operations
• Perform clerical duties such as filing and encoding patient data
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of medical instruments
• Monitor supplies and assist in inventory management
• Provide assistance to patients and guide them throughout their visit

Qualifications

• Graduate or underboard of Nursing or related medical course
• At least six (6) months of experience in a clinic or support role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
