Job Title: CLINIC ADMIN RECEPTIONIST

  4. Must have working experience related to Aesthetic clinics
  5. Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
  6. Must be organized and disciplined
  7. Must be willing to work long hours

  9. Has genuine concern for clients by providing a remarkable customer experience
  10. Sociable and able to interact with different types of people

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Preparation and processing of all documentary requirements for annual permit application
  2. Preparation of staff schedules
  3. Supervision of clinic supplies and ensuring proper monitoring and accountability
  4. Preparation of purchase orders and coordination with suppliers
  5. Monitoring machine maintenance or repair schedules
  6. Timekeeping for payroll
  7. Preparation, issuance, and filing of company memos, directives, and announcements in coordination with head office
  8. Approval of employee leaves/overtime in coordination with head office
  9. Sales accountability – sales audit and bank deposit monitoring
  10. Sales encoding and reporting / Cash receipts book
  11. Petty cash management, including timely replenishments and supporting documents
  12. Other administrative concerns
Salary Range

Php 20,000 - 25,000
