Job 1: Customer Service Representative

• Signing Bonus: ₱15,000
• Salary Range: 19,500.00 - 24,000.00
• Relocation Allowance: ₱8,000

At least a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
Willing to work onsite

Job 2: Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries, accurately document issues, and deliver timely, effective solutions.
• Monitor and follow up on customer feedback to ensure complete resolution of service-related concerns.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty
• Provide night shift technical support via online chat and phone to U.S. and European customers, with a focus on xTool’s laser cutting and engraving products.

Job Requirements:
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or support
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Comfortable handling calls, emails, and live chats
Good problem-solving and active listening skills
Willing to work night shifts, weekends, or holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
MUST be willing to work onsite and night shift in Baguio City

Job 3: Customer Support Associate / Open for Fresh Graduates

Qualifications:
At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) /SHS Graduate
Good to excellent English communication skills
Willing to start immediately.
