1. Providing clients with quality and timely responses by understanding their concerns about our service.
2. Monitoring client inquiries and concerns regularly via chat, email, or phone calls.
3. Offering insights on inquiry trends and concerns to other departments for product improvement.
4. Developing new methods and processes to enhance customer service experience.
5. Collaborating with other departments to resolve client issues efficiently.
6. Continuously improving product knowledge as new developments occur.
7. Reviewing and approving job postings and company account creations submitted by employers to ensure quality and prevent fraud.
8. Ensuring all jobs and companies published are legitimate, and removing spam or fraudulent entries.
9. Reviewing and moderating candidate profiles to ensure guideline adherence and eliminate inappropriate profiles.
10. Performing other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

We expect candidates to have:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
2. 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in BPO or similar industry (preferred).
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Flexibility to work in shifting hours.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, tech-savviness, and proficiency in Customer Support software.
6. Solutions-oriented mindset with patience and empathy towards clients.
7. Strong organizational skills for managing customer interactions.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
