Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with a mix of client-facing work and hands-on software development.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficient in Python, React, AWS, SQL, and Postgres.
• Full-stack experience across frontend, backend, and infra for a SaaS product.
• Strong written and spoken English and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Interest in DevOps, observability, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to technical resource for client success and support teams.
• Investigate escalations and route to engineering with clear context.
• Participate in client onboarding and translate needs into action.
• Join client calls to bridge customer needs and engineering reality.
• Develop full-stack features end-to-end from scope to rollout.
• Build observability tooling, dashboards, and internal tooling to reduce support time.
