Role Overview

This role is responsible for building strong client relationships, reviewing and explaining campaign results, and guiding clients on how to use Legalfit\'s tools effectively. As the main point of contact, you\'ll support clients through onboarding, monitor their marketing performance, and provide guidance to help them achieve their business goals while ensuring overall satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong client relationships through regular check-ins and support.
  • Review client reports (traffic, leads, campaign results) and explain insights in simple terms.
  • Provide guidance on how clients can use Legalfit\'s tools to improve results.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective campaigns.
  • Proactively address client issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, 10pm to 7am PHT
