CXC is seeking a P&C Multinational Client Service Executive to support administration and servicing of multinational insurance programs. You will collaborate with underwriters, brokers, global service teams, and international stakeholders to deliver efficient policy administration and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end policy administration for multinational insurance programs, including new business, renewals, endorsements, and related documentation.
• Coordinate policy issuance, premium transactions, and implementation requirements.
• Respond to inquiries from international stakeholders, brokers, and external partners.
• Work closely with global servicing teams and underwriters to deliver service standards.
• Communicate effectively with brokers, clients, and external parties.
• Support accounting and issue resolution by partnering with finance and internal teams.
• Prepare and maintain reports, records, and operational documentation.
• Process, scan, index, and distribute policy documents, invoices, and other records.
• Contribute to operational improvement initiatives and special projects.
